Make sure, you are able to login to Jira using the selected browser from above even though you use a different browser like Firefox or Chrome usually. In some cases, SSL-certificates need to be installed, if you open Jira the first time using your browser. This enables the internal browser of our add-in to work properly.We strongly recommend to install the WebView2 Runtime component, if not already installed automatically by Windows Updates.
