Uninstall the Outlook Add-In

To uninstall the Outlook add-in of Outlook Connector for Jira, two options are available:

1. Use Control Panel of Windows:

   1. Open the Control Panel of Windows

      1. Windows 7/8: In Programs & Features > Uninstall Software

      2. Windows 10: In Settings, select System > Apps & features

   2. Select Outlook Integration for JIRA and click Uninstall.

2. Use the installer of Outlook Connector for Jira:

   1. Run setup.exe of the installer. (Make sure the installer has the same version like the one you want to uninstall.)

   2. Select Uninstall.

Uninstall the Jira App

To uninstall the Jira app of Outlook Connector for Jira, do the following on the Jira server:

Open

1. Log into the Jira server as administrator.

2. From the Administration menu, select Manage Apps.

3. In the left column, select Manage apps .

4. By default the user-installed apps are listed in the right frame. The Outlook Connector for Jira should be listed.

5. From the app list, select Outlook Connector for Jira.

6. To uninstall the Outlook Connector for Jira, select Uninstall.

7. To confirm, click Uninstall add-on in the confirmation dialog.

8. The app is removed and a confirmation should appear on the "User-installed add-ons" list.

9. If you click the Reload button in your Web browser, the Outlook Connector for Jira should be removed from the list of "User-installed add-ons".
